Good Work supports amazing people to find and stay in employment.
We offer employment support to people aged 16+ in Mansfield, Bassetlaw, Newark and Sherwood. We support people who are looking for a job, and people that are in work and struggling in their role.
Our free, personalised, one-to-one employment support is available in a location chosen by you, and we’ll always be flexible and adapt to your needs. We can support people with mental or physical health conditions, and also offer help to improve your digital skills, and debt and benefits support.
You will work with an employment specialist, and our free support includes:
● Help to identify job roles based on your skills and strengths
● Weekly one-to-one employment coaching sessions
● Benefits and budgeting advice
● Health and wellbeing support
● Meetups with other people on the programme
● Work and digital skills support
● Support to talk to employers
