 We are an organisation which holds free activities for women and women and children who live in the community and surrounding areas to access support and help to build their self esteem, confidence and assertiveness. We focus on delivering a wide range of emotional health and well being, practical and craft based activities in the hope that people form new friendships and learn new skills. We support any woman and child regardless of background, ethnicity, religion etc and are always happy to work with organisations to build a closer working relationship that will help support and empower our shared women clients. If you have any women or women and children interested in what we have to offer please forward this information on to them. We offer a wider range of services too including counselling, shoppers creche, mums and tots (all of which are open to any woman) specialist domestic violence support, children’s specialist groups etc.
