The list of nominees for the forthcoming Parish Council as notified by Mr John Salmon, Clerk to Clarborough & Welham Parish Council (16th April, 2012) comprised:

    Mrs Lesley Baines
    Mrs Ann Codling
    Mr Barrie Codling
    Mr Phil Gibson
    Mr Brian Grice
    Mrs Freda Robinson

These six are automatically declared elected without the need for  a poll.
At the 18th June, 2012 Parish Council Meeting the issue of co-opting members to fill the three vacancies caused by the above situation resulted in the following being co-opted to the Parish Council with immediate effect:

    Mr M.Collins
    Mr B.W.Robinson

These two new Parish Councillors took office with immediate effect. The one remaining position on the Parish Council currently remains open.

A summary of the previous Council’s achievements is available here.
Clarborough & Welham Parish Council’s approved 2012-13 budget is also available here.

The Parish Council Office is located in the Bennett Room of Clarborough Village Hall. The Clerk to the Council, John Salmon, is available between 09:30 and 12:30 each Monday morning and you will probably also catch a number of Parish Councillors ‘in residence’ at such times. The only exception to this arrangement is that of Bank Holidays and occasional dates in August.

Telephone and e-mail address shown below are only manned during the limited office hours above:

Parish Council e-mail address: clarandwelpc@btconnect.com
Telephone: (01777) 710 902

At all other times, please use contact details shown on our Parish Councillors page.

Although the Parish Council initiated development of this website, this is not a Parish Council site although it does act as a publishing medium for Clarborough & Welham Parish Council. To that end it is intended that Minutes of Parish Council Meetings, Notices of Parish Council and other public meetings as well as other documents of a community interest nature will appear on this site.
A small contribution from our Parish Council was provided to launch this site in November 2010 but the site is now funded entirely by Clarborough & Welham IT Group.

The relationship between Parish Council and website is similar to that which it has with the publishers of the quarterly Clarborough & Welham Newsletter, recent copies of which may be viewed in pdf format on the Newsletter page of this site.

Contact details for current members of the Parish Council are provided in Parish Council Parish Councillors. Parish Council Committees are shown on PC Committees page.
