Minutes of Parish Council Meetings are classified as ‘draft’ until they have been scrutinised at the next full Council Meeting and ‘approved’ as a reliable record of the meeting to which they apply. This item always appears at the top of meetings’ agendas and provides an opportunity for members to correct the record where errors of reporting have crept in. Thus it will always be the case that this section of our website will appear to be at least a month out of date since the Minutes of the previous month’s meeting will yet to be approved.
Parish Council meetings are not usually held in August.
