 The Staying Well Expert Patients Programme is a 6 week FREE ‘chronic disease self-management course’ (CDSMC), a government initiative to help people living with long term conditions maintain their health and improve their quality of life through a self management course led by someone else with a long term health condition. To book onto one of our courses please ring Bassetlaw Action Centre on 01777 709 650.
Transform has developed and been delivering emotional literacy and resilience workshops, online and in school. Sessions have been designed to support children and young people in returning to education and helping them to manage and regulate their emotional wellbeing to get them ready for learning. We have also worked with students and their families within their home online to enhance the support being offered by school.
Online (UK wide):
45-75 minute one off workshops for students, families and staff - Transform Your Wellbeing, which looks at managing wellbeing and building resilience. These can either be for individuals or small groups.
A series of bespoke online workshops for students and/or staff e.g. dealing with worry and anxiety, dealing with change (and transitions for Primary), managing ‘pesky’ emotions such as anger, coping during lockdown, etc.
