Clarborough and Welham were very lucky over the weekend of 11^th & 12^th June, 2016 in that the generally wet (and dismal for June) weather ‘lifted’ temporarily to allow young families - and ‘maturer’ residents too - to enjoy a lively activity afternoon in and around Clarborough Village Hall.

The second Beacon Lighting on Sunday 12^th was also well attended although this time a very soggy morning of pretty constant rain meant that the beacon only reluctantly did its job. However, a goodly number of folks got their Sunday exercise by climbing Howbeck Lane!
