Clarborough Village Fair 2026
A reminder that the Clarborough Village Ventures group are looking to host the Clarborough Village Fair on 10th May 2026.
The village fair helps support local traders, provides an opportunity for local groups to put on shows and demonstrations and brings the community together.
It will be a good day out for all the family and, while the Village Ventures group have a small team, we wouldn’t be able to make this a reality without your help.
We are looking for additional volunteers that will help with the organisation leading up to the events or just to help on the day (10th May 2026) with marshalling, putting up gazebos, etc.
Without this team of volunteers, the Clarborough Village Ventures group will not be in a position to hold the village fair so if you can help in any way then please do show your support.
We also have a number of indoor and outdoor pitches still available at this event.

A bit of background history
Clarborough Festival is the biggest event in our year. Sunday dawns with a host of stalls and attractions spread over the village. The village field is full of stalls covering everything from local food and plant products through ‘arts-and-crafts’ to local wildlife and conservation plus one of the biggest display of classic cars in the area! Add to that our usual hot-food and beer tent as well as local ice cream and fun rides and activities for children and you can see why we draw folks from far and wide.
2020 Festival was cancelled due to coronavirus emergency!
Clarborough Village Ventures inaugurated our Festival in 2010 in conjunction with other local groups such as W.I. and Gardening Club, raising over £2000 for local causes.
Following the Covid-19 challenges, Clarborough Village Ventures group ran out of volunteers which meant that, effectively, the 2019 Festival was their last... until ... see above!
