From Julie Beresford at BDC: “We are working through applications as quickly as possible and payments have started to be issued to eligible businesses. I’m afraid we can’t say when payments are likely to be made to individuals here, as we have had a large amount of applications and with over £28 million to distribute, this is a big job. If you haven’t heard anything within 14 days of submitting your form, please give us a call on 01909 533 533 and ask for Business Rates or email customer.services@bassetlaw.gov.uk and they will forward your email”
